2 FIND YOUR RHYTHM

As you walk along the path be aware of the movements of your body.

Feel your weight pushing down on the earth. Feel the swing of your legs, hips, arms.

Be aware of your breathing as you walk.

Focus ahead, but notice what is at the periphery of your vision.

Slow down.

Find your rhythm.

At the tree stump, take the right hand path down the hill.
